In 2018, Lady B Bless embarked on a journey driven by her deep compassion and empathy for those in need, particularly children, the girl child, and women. Witnessing the challenges and hardships faced by these vulnerable groups, she was determined to make a positive difference in their lives.

As she explored avenues to create lasting impact, she came across the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), at The sixty-second session of the Commission on the Status of Women took place at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 12 to 23 March 2018.

These global goals, encompassing diverse areas such as education, gender equality, and human rights, resonated deeply with her values and aspirations. It became evident that establishing a foundation to accelerate, promote, and educate about the SDGs was the right path forward. With a steadfast belief that every child deserves a quality education and that women deserve equal opportunities and empowerment, Lady B Bless laid the foundation of what would become the Lady B Bless Humanitarian Foundation. Guided by the principles of compassion, integrity, and equality, the foundation aimed to be a beacon of light and hope for those in need.
